1. Can you design this pattern in  a different color scheme to match my decor?

Yes, we can redesign the pattern for you. Depending on the design, it may take 3 to 5 business days to receive after purchase is complete and details of customization have been received. Please, keep in mind that we do customization at extra cost.

 

2. Will you design the name & date etc., in the pattern I bought?

Purchase the cross stitch pattern you want customized and send us the name, date, etc., in the notes. Please, keep in mind that we do customization at extra cost. Depending on the design, it may take 1 to 3 business days to receive after purchase is complete and details of customization have been received.

 

3. Can you design a pattern based on an idea I have?

We can try to help you! Depending on your request, we will design a pattern, based on an idea from a customer, to be listed for sale in the shop for anyone to purchase.


4. How do I use PayPal without an account?

You can use PayPal without an account. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout, submit your order, then click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down for the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

 

5. Do you ship paper patterns through the mail?

Sorry, we do not ship paper patterns.

 

6. Can you send me a completed cross stitch piece via mail?

Sorry, we do not ship cross stitched projects.

 

7. Can I sell a finished cross stitch piece?

SmartCrosstitch patterns are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute the pattern and/or finished cross stitch pieces for sale.
