Yes, we can redesign the pattern for you. Depending on the design, it may take 3 to 5 business days to receive after purchase is complete and details of customization have been received. Please, keep in mind that we do customization at extra cost.

2. Will you design the name & date etc., in the pattern I bought?

Purchase the cross stitch pattern you want customized and send us the name, date, etc., in the notes. Please, keep in mind that we do customization at extra cost. 3. Can you design a pattern based on an idea I have?

We can try to help you! Depending on your request, we will design a pattern, based on an idea from a customer, to be listed for sale in the shop for anyone to purchase.

4. How do I use PayPal without an account?

You can use PayPal without an account. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout, submit your order, then click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down for the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

5. Do you ship paper patterns through the mail?

Sorry, we do not ship paper patterns.

Sorry, we do not ship cross stitched projects.

7. Can I sell a finished cross stitch piece?

SmartCrosstitch patterns are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute the pattern and/or finished cross stitch pieces for sale.

Ordered as a guest, no confirmation of payment or PDF pattern. But they sure as heck took the money from my account! Extremely disappointed.

Bought some of your patterns but the ornament embroidery white work lace #6 is not there the PDF file is empty tried to contact you but the system failed apparently. Bought as guest then made an account went to access my bought patterns and comes up with an error and cannot access my patterns not happy.Jenny

I’m stitching Winter Girl, which was a free pattern on your website. I shared my progress on Facebook and people asked where I got the pattern. I told them, but they can’t find the pattern anywhere on your website.
Also, I recently saw a pattern for Winter Deer on your Instagram but I can’t find the pattern on your website. It’s supposed to be a free pattern.

CORRECTION. The emails are sent to junk mail.

WARNING! I paid for two patterns and only received an email of payment confirmation. I did not receive an email containing a link to download the patterns. I checked out as a guest, so I'd suggest to make an account BEFORE you make a purchase.

A few days ago I bought a cross stitch pattern Order #760. It does not appear in my profile nor can I download it. Nor did the patterns email me. I need them since I pay for them.
